Delete your account — Paulie Paulie
You can delete your Paulie Paulie account and everything attached to it at any time. There are two ways, and the in-game one is immediate.
In the game (fastest)
- Open the game and sign in to the account you want deleted.
- Go to Game Settings → Account.
- Choose Delete Account, then type
DELETEto confirm.
The deletion runs straight away. You are signed out when it finishes.
By email (if you can't open the game)
Email support@pauliepaulie.com from the email address on the account, asking us to delete it. Sending from that address is how we confirm the request is yours, and we cannot action a deletion request for an account we cannot verify you own. We action verified requests within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
- your account record and the email address on it;
- your player profile and display name;
- every character save: level, inventory, position, progress;
- your leaderboard scores and race records;
- your purchase entitlements;
- any guest devices that were linked to the account.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. There is no restore, so export or screenshot anything you want to keep first.
What is not deleted, and why
Records we are legally required to retain, such as transaction records our payment provider must keep for tax and accounting purposes, remain with that provider under their own retention rules. They are not linked to a game account after deletion. Aggregate crash and diagnostic data that cannot identify you is also unaffected; it is kept no longer than 90 days in any case.
Guest characters
If you have never signed in, there is no account to delete: a guest character lives on the device that made it, and clearing your browser's site data for this game removes it. Guest data with no verified sign-in is also deleted automatically after 90 days of inactivity.
